Mr. and Mrs. Martin Johnson, in ternationally known big game hunters, will be in Atchison Sunday as guests of Mrs. Grace Axton, superintendent of the State Orphans home, and the children at the home. They will fly from Kansas City to St. Joe tomorrow morning, flying low enough over Atchison that their big amphibian plane will be plainly visible. They will be brought to Atchison from St. Joe by Mrs. Axton in her car. Their program here includes an in formal talk to the home children to morrow morning and again in the af ternoon, and a dinner at the home to morrow noon in Mrs. Axton’s apart ment. Anyone who wishes to meet the Johnsons tomorrow will be most wel come, Mrs. Axton said today. Arthur Easterday, first grade boy of Washington school, is in bed with bruises he sustained on his shoulder when struck by a rock. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Easterday. John Hunter was in town yesterday. He runs a dairy farm near Howard, Kas., and formerly was in the dairy business in Atchison and Doniphan counties. Dr. Vickery will be out of his office until Thursday,
