That a substitute life guard be employed by Mrs. Whit comb when and if necessary, at a c rate of 25 cents per hour for “actual time on duty”. That the plunge be reserv ed from 8 to 9 a.m. daily for private classes to be con ducted by Mrs. Whitcomb. That the season begins Saturday morning, June 9. The provisions for percentage of the profits indicates that the council expects, through Mrs. Whitcombb's management, to make the swim center pay this season for the first time in its history. No action was taken by the council as a whole on the com mittee recommendations and it is presumed that they will be fol lowed.
