Loren Wilhelm was fined $100 in Mayor Rex Worthington's court Wednesday afternoon for possessing home brew. Wilhelm's home was raided by officers last week and as quantity of brew was confiscated. Attorney Bob Derryberry repre sented Wilhelm at the preliminary hearings. The case was appealed to Circuil, Court.
