Old Man is Knocked Down by Machine Driven by William Carr Son of Owen L. Carr BRUISED: NO BONES BROKEN Frank Farley, an aged resident of West Firststret, was injured severe ly this morning when struck by the automobile driven by William Carr, young son of Mr. and Mrs. Owen L. Carr. The accident occured at the Big Four Crossing in First street. Mr. Farley was badly bruised, but no bones were broken. He was walking along the street and either did not see the machine or misjudged the speed at which it was traveling. He was thrown hea vily to the ground, but the machine did not pass over this body. Mr. Farley is about seventy-five years old and the accident may yet prove serious.
