WIN OUT IN SUITMembers of Kappa Alpha Theta Must Pay Only $8 for Work.D. E. Andrews, a local capentcr, was allowed $8 by the court in Spencer as judgment in his suit against the Kappa Alpha Theta sororiety for $25 for * services performed. The suit arose as the result of the refusal members of the sororiety to pay the $25 demanded by Anderews for fixing some lattice work at the Theta house. Other carpenters were consulted and they estimated the value of the work done at $13. The members of the sororiety offered to pay $15 but this offer was refused and the case was tried by a local court at which time the decision was given in favor of the Thetas. Andrews appealed the decision to the Owen County courts and the oaRe. was tried there Friday and Saturday of last. week. The verdict was given Saturday. Members of the sorority attdnded the trial.irN
