Application for License.OTICK is hereby given to tin; citizens of Rochester township, Fulton county, Statu of Indiana, and all others whom it may concern, that John A. Edwards, a male inhabitant of said town of Rochester, who is a person over the age of twenty-one1 years, will make application to the, Foard of Commissioners of said Fulton county at the next term thereof, to be. held on the first Monday in June, A. i). 1878, the same heinj the third day of said month, at the court house in said town of Rochester, for a license for one year to sell spirit ous, vinous and malt liquors in less quantities than one quart at a time, with the privilege of showing .the same to he drank on the premises where sold. The precise location where the said John A. Edwards proposes to sell said liquors and allow thesame to he drank, is as follows : In the front room, iirst floor, of the two-story frame building situated on the following described part of lot, to-wit: Commencing at a point on the west line of .lot thirty-one (31), old plat of the town of Rochester, Indiana ; twenty (20) feet south of the northwest corner thereof, thence east parallel with the nort h line of said lot one hundred and sixty-five (105) feet, tlience south twenty (20) feet, thence west 1(5 feet , thence north on the west line of said lot 20 feet to the olaee of beginning.30ml JOHN A.
