I will sell the following described property, to wit: Commencing about three-fourths of a mile above the left hand fork of Cline’s Gulch, and thence running down the north side or bank of said Cline’s Gulch, to the sawmill, the said dit**h being about five miles in length, together with all its branches, dams, flumes aqueducts, and everything pertaining or in any wise belonging, and known as the William Kropp ditch : also the quartz claim kuown as the Baker quartz ledge, situated on the s*»uth side of the east fork of Clear Creek, and about 10 miles from French Gulch ; range of ledge northeasterly by south westerly ; with all of its dips, angles and spurs. All the above property, by virtue of said writ, is hereby levied upon, together with the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining.And notice is therefore hereby given that onFriday, the 31st day of May, A. D. 180T,at 2 o’clock p. M., at the Court House door, in the town and county of Shasta, I will sell, to the highest bidder, the above described property, at public auction, for cash in United States gold or silver eoiu,by virtue of the above mentioned executions.W.
