' Notice to Contractors.SEALED PROPOSALS, to be opened on the 20tlx of May nest, -will be received by the undersigned, for the erection of tho second edifice of the State University, on the foundation already laid. The stone vro-k and materials, the plastering and materials, and the joiners’ work and materials, maybe bid for separately or jointly, at the option of the bidder. The building to be securely closed in ana under roof, on oh before the20th of November, 1854,and fully completed by the first day of May, 1855.The plans and specifications will be open for e-cami-oation at the office of J L.
