JLand for Mle13URSUANT to an order of the Monroe Frobaie Court, in the State of Indiana, at the February Term thereof, of 1838, I shall sell to the highest bidder, on the premises, on the 19th day of May next, aa the real estate of Joseph Arthur, deceased, the following land to wit: the E* N. E. Qr. Sec, 18 T. 7 N. R. 2 W, and 20 acres off the north end of the westhalf of said quarter section, and 16 acres of ths N. W i of N. W. Qr of sec. 13 township and range aforesaid.
