WILL OF LATEIS. JDMN DIESDISPOSES Of kH ESTATE ESTIMATED AT $30,000,Wednesday’s Daily The will of Mrs. Di's was probated today. The estate is valued at $30,000. The will specifically devises a number of keepsakes and heirlooms to her daughter, then makes some remembrances to Miss Gertrude Kerr, Miss Lizzie Lath-rop, Mrs. Hamlin Anderson and Mrs. Homer Meek. The residue of the estate is given two-thirds to her daughter, Mrs. Oliver Dallas, of Helena, Montana, and the remaining one-third to her husband, Judson K. Di!s. The will bears date Nov. 21, 1906.
