Sharp Shooters Incorporate. At a meeting of the Dubuque Schuetzen Gesellschaft held on Sbhurs day evening, articles of incorporation were adopted, the capital stock being placed at $10,000, in shares of $100 each. Until the annual meeting in June the officers will be Peter Klauer, president; A. Streinz, vice president ; F. Heer, Jr., secretary; Paul Grant, treasurer. These gentlemen and Francis Jaeger, C. H. Meyer and R. Koick form the pro visional board of directors.
