Miss Nancy Weninger of Syra cuse was crowned May Queen at the annual May Day festivities at Keuka College yesterday. Editor of Keokonian, student newspaper, during the year, Miss Weninger received the crown by a popular ballot of the entire stu dent body, as the senior most representative of Keuka ideals. Senior attendants were Jean 'Stoward, Bouckvillc, and Marie ‘Nevins, Johnson City, seniors who closely followed Miss Weninger ln the balloting Other class at tendants were: juniors: Rosemary Farnum, Tenafly, N. J. and Mari- lyun Porter, North Syracuse: ‘sophomores, Jean Duerr, Jamaica, jane Anne Sweet, Binghamton: ‘freshmen, Susan Madden, Tru smansburg, and Andrea Stutz, Brooklyn. Miss Weninger was y crowned by Janice Fasolino, Am sterdam, sophomore social chair ‘man. In the morning ceremonies, Miss iAnn Simpson of Geneva was crowned Athletic Queen. Miss iSimpson was honored by tallot at the senior who had contributed most to Keuka’s athletics during the recotlese career. May Day festivities began with moving up exercises at 9 a.m. in Hegeman auditorium, where each ‘class advanced one yverr.
