Decisions On Three Appeals The State Board of Appeals has handed down decisions on three ap peals made in behalf of men regis tered with York County Draft Board No. 4, Hanover. George Nathan Wildasin, Spring Grove R. D. 1, and Earl Emerson Arnold, Jacobus, placed in Class 1A by the local board, have been retained in that class by the State board. John Wil liam Spangler, 233 Baer avenue, classed 1A by the local board, has been placed in 2A until October 5 by the appeals board.
