Funeral services for Mrs. L. H. Brooks were held Wednesday afternoon at four o'clock at the home of Miss Grace Park, 89 Maple Avenue, Allegany, the Rev. ‘Thomas $. Goddard, pastor of the Allegany Presbyterian Church, of ficiating Burlawis af the Pro testant Cemetery, Allegany. Pall-bearers were Joseph Nor ton, Joseph Hirach, Alfred Denner, and George Bockniler. Friends and relatives in attend ance from out-of-town included Mr. and Mra. Olin D. Brown, Al fred Brown, Nora Brown, and Misa Wells, Wellsville; 5. B. Brooks, Baltimore; Mrs. Alexander Wal lace and George Wallace, Mt. Vic tory, Ohio; Mr. and Mrs. H. L. Swain, Jn, New Bedford, Mass.; Mr. and Mrs. Frank M. Williams, Akron, Ohio; Raymond Sheldon, Chicago, IL; Me. and Mrs. BE. D. Sheldon, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Sheldon, Mr. and Mrs. Minor Cros by and Luella Crosby, Salamanca, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Miller, Mrs. Le Fever, Mrs. George Neuchel and Mrs. Francis Hirsch, Olean, Mrs. Margaret Hunter, Melvin Village, LH. used all maps to paper a wall in a colorful and ef fective manner.
