Beginning the interclass swimming meets, which are to be held each week at “the Deerfield Shields “high school, the junior girls won over the fresh men girls with a score 38 to 21. The sophomoreS—Won over the seniors 42 to 10. The freshmen who swam were Sarah McClernan, Phydele Gourley, Dorothy Plant, Myra Jane Hutton, Almira Gibson, Fredericka Brown, Margaret Allais, and Maxine Gleason. Ruth Johnston, Helen Anselm, Dorothy Campbell, Eunice Hall, Mar jorie De Lamarter, and Katherine Basto swam for the juniors. The sophomores were Gertrude Johnson, Tevis Gibson, Dorothea Himmler, Beatrice Thorsen, Gwen dolyn Sanders, and Jane Hart. Only one senior, Gladys Perrow, swam.
