HAPA: Accidently near Griswold, Man. on May 12, 1981, Keitha Faye Hapa of the Sioux Valley reserve, Griswold, Man. Keitha is survived by her daughter Abigail, father Orville Taylor, sister Anita and two brothers, Robert and Stewart. There are numerous un cles, aunts and cousins surviving. She was pre deceased by her mother Melita Oct. 15, 1972, grandmother Harriet, Oct. 17, 1972 and her father Charlie Hapa, May 2, 1981. Funeral ser vice was held at the Sioux Valley Roman Catholic church on Fri day, May 15, 1981 with interment in the Sioux Valley cemetery. Ar rangements were with Brockie Donovan. TKACHUK: The death of Peter Tkachuk, 64, of 540 Douglas Street, oc curred suddenly in the city on May 14, 1981. Mr. Tkachuk was born at Herod, Man., and had re sided in Brandon the past 17 years. Surviving are, a daughter Jean and son-in-law Milton Sedgwick of Brandon; three grandchildren, Sheldon, Michelle and Raymond. A brother and three sisters also sur vive; Bill and his wife Nona of Beardmore, Ont.; Mrs. Ann Holowka, Winnipeg; Mrs. Kay Sichewski and Mrs. Tin nie Stasiuk both of Hor od, Man. Mr. Tkachuk was predeceased by his wife Annie in 1979 and by a sister Mrs. Nellie Weselak also in 1979. Prayers will be said to day (May 15, 1981) at 7:30 p.m. at the Brockie- Donovan Chapel. Funer al service will be held at St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church on Sat urday, May 16, 1981 at 10 a.m. Interment will be in the family plot, Brandon cemetery. Rev. M. Dawydko will officiate.
