BIG MONEY FOE LAVONNE - Las Vegas welterweight boxer LaVonne Ludian has been offered an ex-clusive $15,000 contract for three fights by Top Rank, Inc, She said her attorney is working out details with attorneys from Top Rank, which promotes and televises elosed-eireuit f ignts.Ludian, a Las Vegas 21 dealer and former Reno resident, said she will probably accept the offer.“Boxers have a short amount of time to make money/’ she said. “Especially as a female, I have a shorteramount of time. Why take 30 fights all over the country when I can get the same amount of money in three fights? You always have to think about a broken nose or a cut.”She lost her last figrt, a nationally televised four-round decision to Theresa “Princess Red Star” Kjbby, two weeks ago in Las Vegas, but each fighter was paid $2,500, an all-time record for women professional boxers.
