Salute Senior CitizensSeventeen West - Northwest Side residents have been selected for membership in the Senior Citizens Hail of Fame by the Chicago Commission for Senior Citizens.They will be honored at 11 a.m. next Wednesday at the seventh annual Hall of Fame awards ceremonies in City council chambers. Mayor Richard J. Daley is expected to attend.The 17 West-Northwest Siders are:Mrs. Roeco Corso, 71, Oak Park, nominated by Loretto hospital for her service as a hospital volunteer and in organizing the Senior Citizen club of St. Catherine of Siena church, which she serves as permanent hostess.William P McDowell. 82. Oak Park, senior investment officer for the Oak Park Federal Savings and Loan association, nominated by the ChicagoHeart association for serving as a leader in the West Cook County Heart association for the last 15 years.Mrs. Lilly Boldt, 82, 843 N. Maplewood, nominated by the Simon Peter Golden Age club for her service to club members and for her volunteer work at Lutheran Deaconess hospital.Miss Anna Habetler, 74, 440 N. Drake, who for the last 18 years has made regular visits to cheer patients at Cook County and Oak Forest hospitals; nominated by the Franklin-Drake Senior center.Frank N. Catrambone, Sr., 74, 1928 N. New England, a retired merchant, nominated by the Joint Civic Cimmittee of Italian Americans for leadership given to the organization’s acuvilies and to she Austin Youth Community committee’s youth welfare program.(Continued on Page 16)Rev.
