Oar ctimmunlty was pleasantly surprised by the marriage of Mr. R, L, Vaughn to Mies Atonfe Kate Orr on Sunday afternoon last. They were married at the residence of Mr. B. N, Archer, about 118O p. m,, Rev. 3. Bledaoe officiating, They started for the home of the groom, but had not proceeded far before they were overtaken by the bride’s father, Mr. J, H, Orr, and uncle, Mr. Tom Orr, who persuaded the young couple to return to the bride’s home for the night. They went to the home of the groom’s father, Mr, R. M, Vaughn, Monday morning. We wish for the young couple muob joy and prosperity.
