The Bobeaonian is authority for the statement that Henry Berry Lowery, the outlaw chief, still lires and that he is now a Sergeant in the U. S. Army, and is stationed somewhere on the plains in the far west. He left the Scuffletown section, about the time of his reported death, in a tool-chest, and was taken out of the state by way of Charlotte.
