Escape.—‘Moses Ilarrelcon, who was con vie*1 ted of the murder of K. A. Rogers at the la*t1 term of the Court, and under sentence of death, I which was to be executed on die tiOth of June on Sunday morning an hour or t^o before day, j made liis escape from prison. He was confined hy a chain to the floor of the cell. It » supposed that with a wire taken from rater bucket, he succeeded in unlocking the 1 »ek that fastened the chain, and that with the same wiw he successively, unlocked all the lock*, and made hU way to the low*»r floor and escaped through the window*.
