On Tuefday laft a caufe was tried beforeLord Chief Juftice Wilmot at Guildhall, London, wherein John Norton, Surgeon, of Golden-fquarer was plain tiff,- and Janies Kirk of St, PauFs Church-yard, Toyman, was defendant. The aftion was brought againft the defendant for having fold a fpurious medicine, which he calls fAardon Dropsy for Norton’s Maredants Drops.—- A verdia was found for the plamtiffiwith damages and cofts of fuit.
