(Continued from Page 1) west fringe of the city. He was a member of the Elks lodge. A son, William, is a sophomore student at the University of Florida. He also leaves two other children, Lewis, Jr. and Ann, his wife; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. P. Carroll, Mount Dora, and two sisters, Mrs. L. E. Johnson of Clermont, and Mrs. Ralph Walton, Atlanta. Funeral services were held at the Baptist church Wednesday after noon. Pallbearers were Lloyd At kins, W. C. McWhorter, Ray Eck holdt, Mel Wagner and Jimmy Wil liams of Mount Dora, and Earl Lundy of Eustis. Honorary pall bearers were Paul Johnson, Samuel Lassiter, QO. M. Simpson, and Jay Huett, Mount Dora, Ray Gatch, Eus tis, and Max Willis, Tavares. Burial was in Pine Forest Memorial Park.
