SYRACUSE (#) — Postponed des pite vigorous objections by defense counsel, the second trial of Dutch Schultz, one-time Bronx beer over lord, on income tax dodging charge, will be held at Malone, July 23. The postponement was granted yesterday at the request of Martin Conboy, U. S. attorney for the Southern New York Federal District who said he needed more time t study evidence. The first trial , Schultz ended with a jury disagree ment April 27, and the second wa scheduled to open today.
