A dekb pursued by hunters, on Friday morning, took to the river at Pond Mountain, near tin* mouth of Kiuuicouic crook in Lewis county, and was killed by some raftsmen who happened to bo passing. It was a buck and weighed one hundred and seventy-flve pounds.
