SPEAK PITTM AN FILES ASI IT % GAINST BURNSIDESSpear Pittman, colored, has through his attorneys Janies Allee filed a complaint to foreclose a mechanics lien against Albert P# Burnsides- Pittman alleges that there is still due him $14 for work in helping plaster the Burnsides home He says in his complaint that Harry Fostei his son in law, hired him to assist in plastepirg the Burnsides home and that he worked 161 hours at a wage of 50c an hour. Foster^ he snys, paid him $36, as part payment on the work and when Burnsides re, fused to pay him the balance he filed a mechanics lien.
