Four-Year Old Girl Is TravllerSmiling coyly and waring a cheery good-by to he* dud on the pier, Mlzs Phyllis Tocque, four years old, of Louisville. Kentucky, recently sailed from New York for Rnglnnd to visit her grandparents. Phyllis' mother died last year and her father could not leave his business to accompany her. However, he saw her put safely aboard the stuumer. It was an old story to the little traveler from Louisville, however, for this la her third trip across.
