SOLDXKR3 AKD SAILORS MEETING—At a meeting of the soldiers and sailors of Franklin county, held last evening at Thurman Hall, II. Blair Wilson, Fred. Beck, Henry Hein miller, J. St. J. Clarkson, S. W. Gale and Jas. G. Bull were appointed delegates to the convention to be held In this city on Thursday. May 21st. On motion the meeting adjourned to meet again on Wednesday evening, May 20th, to which all conservative soldiers and sailors are invited.
