Civic Organization Members Ap preciate Dinners Delightful Program is Also Given Members of Kiwatis Club were de lightfully entertainmed last evening at Las Vetas bith school at a dinner served by‘ the domestic science cliss under the direction of Miss Anne Howarth. Following the dinner ,Shai Trader, mayor of E. Las Vegas, made a speech of appreciation to the girls and their teacher for the excellent food and in behalf of the Kiwis Club extended them a vote of thanks. The club then adjourned to the auditorium where a musical program af songs by the club and special num bers were given, Mrs. Mayo B. Dazey sang “Goodnight.” Mrs. Dazey pos sesses a rich soprano voice and sang in a manner very pleasing to Ki wanians. Mrs. Robert Dyche gave a very clever musical reading, portray ing the hardships and unique situa tions enjoyed by American soldiers in France making love to French girls without a knowledge of their language. Dr. Henry sang “That Wonderful Mother of Mine. The song was es pecially appropriate because of the approaching Mothers’ Day observance. Dr. Henry nOext sang Sweetheart of
