M., and recorded as Document No. 17614 in Hook “13 of Mortgages at page 148 thereof. That subsequent to the making of the said note and mortgage hereinbefore referred to, and on or about the 15th day of November 1926, the said Peter Sid Moritz died;that thereafter on the 17th day °November 1926, A. J. Moltz made application for letters of administration of the said estate and on the 29tb day of November 1926 letters or admintfttration upon said eBtateXirwffro duly issued to the said A.
