Mary Askren seeks to be absolved from complying with the marriage bonds which have held her tohJohn W. Askren. The divorce suit was filed in the superior court,and alleges abandonment, together with cruel and inhuman treatment. They were married in October, 1890, and separted on July 26, 1902. The wife asks the sum of $200 as alimony.
