A good speaker will be present to to deliver the oration of the day. In fact, preperations are being made for the biggest day in the history of Metropolis.—Every son of a Union soldier 18 years old or over is requested to come to the Cout-house on next VVeduesday evening at 8 o’oclock, if he desires to be mustered in as a charter member of the Camp ofSons of Veterans at this place. All those who signed the application for a charted' are especially required to be present.
