At u railed meeting of St. Ai.bav’r Lodge. No. *28, the following resolutions were unuui-mously adopted:—WIicreftH, it has pleased Almighty God, to the mysterious dispensation of his providence, to remove from umoiigst us our beloved brother and worthy Sctittr, Warden James PcrkinH Therefore be it ResolveJ, That in the death of Brother James I’erkins, our order Ims lost* worthy, faithful, and earnest member, and society, u useful and respected citizen.Resolved, That we hereby tender our sin cere sympathy to his bereaved family, and that a committee be appointed, to prepare a tot ter of condolence and a suitable obituary no tice.Resolved, That the members of this Jj0.dg wear the usual badge of moiinijug, and th» a copy of those resolutions, ytogether with the obituary notice be forwarded to the paper of the parish for publication,CHARLES'McVE A, JOHN 0.
