By the death of Vice-Admiral Samuel Butcher* Sir Hugh Pigot, K.C.B., K.C.H., becomes senior Vice-Admiral of the Blue; Thomas Brown, senior Rear-Admiral of the Red ; James Robert Phillips, senior Rear-Admiral of the White; and Edward Wallis Hoare, senior Rear-Admiral of the Blue. Captain Robert Wauchope, becomes senior on the list; Captain Sir Ilenry J hn Leeke, Knt., K.H., succeeds to the half-pay of 14s. 6d. per diem, and Captain William Barnaby Creme, to the half-pay of 12s. 6d. per diem. Captain Robert Gambier becomes senior Captain on the retired list, by the promotion of Captain G. G. Lennock.The First Lord’s Levees.—The following officers have attended the levees of the Right Hon.
