K RAYMOND NEAL, WABASH GRAD UATE, WHO HAS BEEN COACH ING AT HIS ALMA MATER FOR SEVERAL YEARS TO SUCCEED EUGENE OBERST — COMES HERE IN FALL Raymond ‘Gamy” Neal, Wabash football star, and for the past several years line coach of the Wabash foot ball team, will come to DePauw this fall, to take charge of the line coach ing of the DePauw squad, according to announcement made today by Athletic Director W. L. Hughes. Mr. Neal, who succeeds Eugene Oberst, who resigned to accept the position of head coach at Washington and Lee, comes highly recommended, both by individuals and by his suc cess at Wabash. Coach Knute Rockne of Notre Dame, and other football authorities highly recommended Mr. Neal. Besides his football work, Mr. Neal will coach baseball and assist in oth er athletic department work. He is married and has two daughters. Mr. Neal lives at Wingate, near Craw fordsville.
