Jessie Barnett Weds Vonnie Barton.The wedding of Mr Jessie Lee Barnett and Miss Vonnie Barton oecured Sunday afternoon, April 30, 1916, in Petersburg, Rev. R. Taylor, pastor of the Presbyterian church there officiating. The ceremony was a simple one and at its conclusion the happy couple returned to Greenview where they will make their home. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Barnett of this community and has won a large circle of friends here. He is an energetic young farmer who deserves to succeed. The bride formerly resided in Mason City but recently has made her home in Greenview where she has been employed as an operator in the telephone exchange. She is a winsome and popular young lady and will make her husband a helpful helpmate—Greenview Review.
