J. P. Williams, of Collins and one in the afternoon by Rev. Dudley, of* Hattiesburg.Every one from here who attended the convention at Hickory Grove Saturday and Sunday, report a nice time.Several from other communities, who attended the convention, passed through here Sunday afternoon on their way home.A large crowd enjoyed the time spent at Mr. H. S. Mixon’s Saturday evening. The party was given ih honor of Messrs. Mathernie and Sullivan, of Sanford, who were the weekend guests of Miss Ruth Nixon.Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Delk were the guests 'of the latter’s parents, Mr. and Mrs, J. C. Clinton Saturday night.Miss Minnie Bryant was the guest of Miss Maye Delk Thursday afternoon.Mr. and Mrs. Richard Wellington, of Hickory Grove are the guests of the latter’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. A, M. Dossette.Mrs, J. W. Story and children visited relatives at Sanford Sunday.Misses Esther and Winie Taylor visited IVlisses Cora and Maye Delk ■Monday afternoon.Prof. H. M. Craft, of Hattiesburg Normal college was inthis community Thursday on business.Rev. A. A. Bryant, of Oak Grove, passed through this community on Thursday en route to Hattiesburg.1!o
