A. D. 1912,the following described property belonging to the succession of the late Leonard Savoy, viz:1. That certain tract of laud with all the improvements thereon situated in the Parish of St. Martiu, La., 180 and 20-100 arpents iu superficial area, bounded North by lands of Pierre Theriot et ale; South by laud of Sevigne Thibodeaux; East by property of Clementine iarras: and West by lands of Aiistide Barras et als.. being the same property acquired by Leonard Savov. partly from Tlieopbile Dupuis et als.. on December 20tli 1881. as per act passed before Homer Martin, Notary Public, and recorded 111 book 3V. fol. 77V2, No. 17047, and partly at the succession sale of the estate of the late Kugeuie Guilbeau deceased wife of Joseph Theriot, No. 2707 of the pro-hale docket of the ltHli Judicial Diftrict Court, Proces Verbal of which was duly recorded December 7th 1888 in book of conveyances No. 44, fol. 43V under No. ltHouf the official records of the parish of St. Martiu.2. That certain tract of woodland situated iu this Parish ami State containing 182 and 68-1lt;K) acres in superficial Fractional N * of the South E (Quarter I of section 10 iu T 9 S R 7 E., iu the South I western Laud District of Louisiana, acquired by the said Leouard Savoy from the State of Louisiuan.3.
