Petey McVey Wright Was Formerly Bu perintendent of Marion County ‘Poor Farm. Peter McVey, Wright, 84 years old,’ for mer superintendent of the Marion County Poor Farm and one of the oldest Master Masons in Indianapolis, died at 12:45 o'clock this morning of injuries received yesterday, morning “when he was struck by a north-bound car on North Ilinoia street at ‘Twenty-fourth street, Death came at the home’ of his daughter, Mrs. WwW D. Culbertson, street, without his actingness, 2820 North Illinois having gained con Mr. Wright was born in Marion County, and spen to his entire senere. For two years previous to 1880 ,he was superin tendent of the Court House. He then ac cepted the superintendency of the Poor Farm, and served there all years. Until about a year ago he operated a cigar stand in the Court House lobby, and was a well-known figure attorneys and others, among court officials, . He was a member for the Ancient Landmark Blue Lodge’ of. He is survived: by the widow, three sons, ‘ daughter’ and a brother. ‘The sons love B. Pe Wright of Wao, Tex. J.
