The divorce is asked for on the grounds of habitual drunkenness for the past 15 years. The defendant is#well to do farmer living in the west part of the county near the Osage county line. There* is considerable property involved. Among other things asked for by the plaintiff is enough money to educate her two children The city of Eudora has asked for a perpetual injunction restraining Peter i A. Hartig from plowing up or ob-j struciing certain streets in Eudora.!
