DIED-—On Sunday the id inftant, after a lingering illnefs of two years, which he bore with fortitude, at his feat near Frede-riek-Town,Col. William Beatty, aged 64 years, leaving an affrAionate wife and fifteen children to deplore their lofs.In Col. Beatty his country hat loft a firm friend, and foeiety a ufefnl and refpeAable member.—In the various offices he held thro* life he afled his part with credit to himfcif and juftice to the community.His remains were depofiud in the family burying ground, near the river Monocafy, in a near vault planned by himfelf and con-ftruded under his own dircion a few months before his death.
