Sports day slated for grade schoolsMore than 200 youngsters from the Gold Oak Union, Indian Diggings, and Pioneer Union schools will compete in the second annua) Souihside schools sports day.THE DAY-LONG program for fifth through eighth graders will include softball, movies, high jump, baseball, broad jumping, obstacle races, basketball and volleyball. During the lunch hour each class may have a skit or demonstration of a physical education skill. Gold Oak will be the host/school.MUCH OF THE organization for the sports day was done by a student commit ice headed by Frank Shenefield, of W i 11 o w school.
