PLEAD NOT GUILTYChicago, May 10—Twenty-six members of the Communist Labor Party pleaded not guilty when arraigned before Judge Oscar Hcbcl • today on charges of conspiracy to overthrow the Government of the United States.FATHER OF LOCAL MAN DIED IN STEVENS POINTiA MON STROSLV, OLD RESIDENTOF COUNTY PASSED AWAY.Anton SI rosin, for many years u resident of the town of Sharon, died ^Thursday morning at 5:15 at ilics ,,fc home of his daughter, Mrs. Bnrcy Jakrnewskl, In Slovens Plaint. Death was caused hy lingering illness, deceased being in poor health for several years.While he had been confined lo his bed for the past six weeks, for four weeks preceding his death his condition was critical, and little hope was held Cor his recover}'.Mr. Strosin was born in German Poland sixty-eight years ago, and | came to this country when a young : man. After a short residence in Pennsylvania the family moved to Chicago, and later to Portage County, settling on a farm in the town nf Sharon..
