Will Provides Many Bequests For Relatives. An estate valued at about $75,000 is dis posed of by the will of Mrs. Mary B. Parker, filed for probate in the Orphans’ Court yesterday. To her daughters, Mrs. Mary McComas and Phebe B. Williams, Mrs. Parker gives all her furniture, glass, silver, pictures and other conte of the dwelling 1100 North Charles street; also all her horses, carriages, harness and stable fixtures in the stable 1018 Morton alley; also her fur niture in the country home, Overlook, on Lake avenue, with the horses, cows and farming implements on the place. Legacies of $5,000 each are given to Henry Clay McComas, son-in-law; Oliver Parker McComas, Mary McComas Hewes, Rev. Henry Clay McComas, Carrie Fitch McComas, Bessie Williams Needles and Edith Williams Robbins, grandchildren, and Oliver Parker McComas, Jr., a great grandson. Arthur Chase Needles, James E. Hewes, Ernest A. Robbins, Bessie McComas and Edith G. McComas are left $3,000 each. Robert Brown, a coachman, is in Mrs. Parker's employ at the time of her death is to get $300. . The first of two codicils to the will re vokes the bequest of $3,000 to Ernest A. Robbins and gives $5,000 to Mary Parker McComas, a great-granddaughter of Mrs. Farker. It also revokes the absolute be quest of $5,000 to Edith Williams Robbins and provides that she shall only have the Income for life, the principal at her death going to her son, Horace W. Robbins. The second codicil gives $3,000 to Albert K. Wampole, who married Carrie Fitch McComas, granddaughter of Mrs. Parker, on June 14, 1910. Mrs. Parker's son-in-law, H. ©. McCo mas, is named an executor without bond. The will is dated October 21, 1908, the first codicil October 2, 1909, and the sec ond codicil August 29, 1910. Mrs. Parker, who was the widow of Oliver A. Parker, died May 4.
