McGilvery At the annual meeting of stockhold ers of the Lewiston Inter-State Fair and Racing association last night the above officers and directors were elect ed for the ensuing year. The meeting was enthusiastic and from the lengthy discussion engaged in during the ses sion between the members of the asso ciation there can be no question but what the coming fall fair will be made grander, bigger and greater than ever, reclipsing any and all fairs held here in the part. President Kincaid stated at the meet ing that the governing board would be called together at once and the work of compiling the premium list and other matters would be taken up and pushed to an issue. No decision was reached with reference to the form of premiums this year but this matter will be de cided by the directors at a later date. ‘The association is in excellent financial condition. In fact in in better condition than ever before. Committees will be appointed, however, to nolicit subscrip lone throughout the country and it even decided that certain business in terests should be asked to subscribe more liberally this year.
