IN CHANCERY, at MOBILE, ALA. Register’s Office, April 25, 1899. Mary. A. Farley, Complainant, vs. Chas. W. Gazzam et‘als., De fendants,—No. 6369. In this cause it appearing, from an affidavit on file, that the defend ant, Katharine Hitchcock, is over the age of twenty-one years; is a non-resident of the State of Ala bama, and that she resides in the City of Buffalo, in the State of New York, and that her post office ad dress is No. 63 Prospect street, Buf falo, New York. It is ordered that she plead, answer or demur, to the allegations of the bill of complaint filed against her in this cause on or before the 25th day of May, 1899, or, upon the expiration of thirty days from said date, the same will be taken as confessed against her. It is further ordered that this order be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Mo bile Daily Item, a newspaper pub lished in the city of Mobile, county of Mobile and state of Alabama.
