A Yrrjr i*ractlc»! and Unpleasant Joke ona Medical Stadeut.A sensation was created at Aon Arbor, Mich., Wednesday, by the announcement (hat one of the students at the university had been made to cat of sausage made from human flesh procured from the medical laboratory, A German medical student, usually called “the count,” has always brought his lunch with him, as the work in the anatomical room occupies the noonhour.' Some of his fellow-stu* dents thought it would bo a good joke to make him eat the flesh and meat of a hu* man being for lunch. “The Count” is fond of sausages and brings them as his lunch almost every day. A plan was I aid to secure his absence from the room foi a brief time, and others In the plot wen to till the skin of the sausage with hiimat flesh. The plan worked satisfactorily.
