FULTON SHERIFF’S SALE.WILL be Bold, before the conrt house door in the city of Atlanta, Fnltou county, On., between the lawful hours of sale, on the first Tuesday In Juno next, the following property, to-wit:All that tract or parcel of land in the city of Atlanta and county of Fulton, being part of land lot fifty, (50.) containing three-fourths (X) of an acre, more or lee*, bounded on tho Kast by Sutler street, on the West by. Wheat street, being In tho corner or Mid streets, to satisfy two fl. fas. against Leo Bmitb, Issued from the Jna-lico Court of the 1026th district, O. 11., one In fHvor of W. B. Lowe A Co., and one in favor of W. B. Lowe vs. paid Lee Smith. Said land lot held by said Lee bmlth under bond for titles. Levy made and returned to me by J. 8. Lumpkin, L. C.Also, at tho samo time and placo, thirty acres of land, more or less, as tho property of A. A. Gilmore, lying West of J. M. C.
