Grand Royal Arcu Chapter.—In Sncra-monto, on Saturday, the election of officers of the Grand Royal Arch Chapter of the State of California, for the ensuing year, was held, when the following were elected: Grand lligh Priest, Whiting G. West, 01 Slmt'ta; leputy Grand High Priest, Henry II. Hartley, of Sacramento; Grand King, A. 1. Park, of El Dorado; Grand Scribe, Lewis Reynolds, of Shasta; Grand Treasurer, 1*. W. Shephenrd, of San Francisco; Grand Secretary, L. C. Owen, of Sun Francisco; Grand Chaplain, Ilev. Morris Evans, of Sacramento; Grand Captain of the Host, W. J. Tinnin, of Weavcrvillo; Grand Royal Arch Captain, J. E. Stevens, of Marysville.
