Marier, deceased. | Administrators of said I deceasedALLEN MARLER and James N. Marler having tliis day filed their account as Administrators as aforesaid. On motion it is ordered that Citation issue to the SherifT of Minds county, against John Page and Mary Page, his wife; and to the Sheriff of Copiah county, against John J. dolman and Abigail dolman, his wife, distributees of said estate, citing them to be and appear at the next June Term of this Court, to shew cause if any they can, why said final account should not be allowed, and a decree made thereon according.ty-And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the Affidavit of said Administrators this day filed, that Elias Marler resides in the State of Louisiana, that Alfred Lyons and his wife Sarah Jane Lyons, reside in the State of Texas, and that Ithamer dolman and Francis dolman, children and infant heirs of Sarah dolman, reside in the State of Texas, and have no duardian in this State or elsewhere, within the knowledge or belief of said Admin-istrators, and that the said Elias Marler, Sarah Jane Lyons and Ithamer Gol-man, Jasper Golman and Francis dolman, are distributees of said estate, and that they reside beyond the jurisdiction of the Court, so that the ordinary process thereof cannot be served upon them. It is ordered that publication be made in the “Port Gibson Herald ami Correspondent,” a public newspaper in this State, citing the said ab-sent heirs and distributees, and all other persons interested in said estate to be and appear at the next June term of this Court, to shew cause if any they can, why the said final account should not be allowed, and a decree made thereupon accordingly.WITNESS the Hon.
